Most of our products are late to launch, so wouldn’t it be great if we had a way to cut features from them and still deliver a valuable product our customers love? We use business objectives to ensure that every feature developed contributes measurable business value for the product. This discussion will help Product Managers learn to develop good business objectives, to derive requirements from them, and to apply those business objectives to cut the scope of the product – ultimately building a better product for their customers.
