Our panel will discuss tactics toward laying the foundation for multichannel product and service personalization as well as how Dell is developing personalization strategies to drive it’s next generation e-commerce and e-support platform.
Brennan currently drives the personalization roadmap for Dell.com drawing from many years of online product management experience. Prior to Dell, Brennan served as Director of Client Services at a Rosetta Interactive agency, with brands such as Apple, RIM, and Oakley. His experience also includes product management roles at Travelocity and Vignette leading global projects to improve the online customer experience.
Amy Brotman’s product management experience focuses on helping companies increase revenue by improving usability, drive customer-centric product roadmaps, and improve the online personalization experience. In addition to 15 years of product marketing and management experience at Dell, Hoover’s, Vignette, and Baynote, she’s developed the unique experience of getting sales teams to sell products outside of their comfort zone.
