However great the product a customer judges it on what they see. Many companies don’t have dedicated product design, UX or UI teams and some times the user interface and design phase is sometimes neglected. This session will focus on product management taking ownership of the the mood and tone of the product and driving improved front ends. Detailed wireframes, setting best practices for development and maintaining the customer in mind can increase the delivery of a Wow! front end.

Tulsi Dharmarajan is Sr. Product Manager at Allegiance, Inc. a leading provider of Voice of the Customer (VOC) and feedback management software. She also has the added responsibility of delivering usable and friendly front ends for the product suite. In her spare time she spends reading and thinking about UX, fonts, color and how to create great software!
